Program Description
STARTING OFF CAN BE INTIMIDATING FOR MANY AND THAT’S WHY WE HAVE A GUIDED INTRO EXPERIENCE FOR YOU.
This is a month long class running Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30pm – 7:30pm. You will leave this class with a good knowledge and basis of performing functional movements at high intensity, Olympic lifting safely and how to properly fuel your body as an athlete.
